PATIO, “Promoting Tunisian Natural and Agri-food Heritage through Innovation”, research unit organizes the 5th edition of “PATIO Scientific days”:
“Food Challenges Facing Environmental Issues”
PATIO Scientific days will be held on June 15th and 16th at the National Institute of Agronomy of Tunisia (INAT) with the possibility of online participation. On this occasion the organizing committee is pleased to invite you to take part in this event and share/discuss you latest research findings on the following topics:
· Efficient food processes
· Total Food quality
· Emerging and conventional food technologies
Plenary conferences on topics related to the UR PATIO activities are planned and will be presented by expert speakers.
French or English abstracts may be submitted for oral or poster presentation before April 28th, 2023, by email (js.patio23@gmail.com). The scientific committee will review the submitted abstracts and acknowledgment of decision will be sent by May 15th, 2023.
Participation is free. Certificates of attendance and a booklet of accepted abstracts will be handed out at the end of the conference.
